Blasting Aid Truck Was Hamas, from Mitchell Bard

"Who killed the Palestinian driver of an aid truck and wounded two others as their convoy made its way into the Gaza Strip through the Erez crossing during the January 8, 2009, "humanitarian cease-fire?"
Predictably, the UN immediately blamed Israel and the media reported the allegation that IDF tank shells blasted the truck. According to the Magen David Adom medic who said he took the Palestinians to an Israeli hospital, the truck actually came under Hamas sniper fire. A spokeswoman for the hospital treating the injured Palestinians supported the Israeli account when she confirmed that the two surviving Palestinians were being treated for gunshot wounds (Jerusalem Post, January 8, 2009)."
Dr. Bard also stated that 1,100 Israelis have been killed by terrorists since 2000.
Immediately, Israel is blamed for whatever happens. People can't believe that we're not out for blood, but to finally protect our citizens.
In fact, today Hamas raided 100 aid trucks and sold the contents to the highest bidders. UNRWA is in charge of taking care of the trucks, not Israel. Israel had a cease fire for 3 hours from 10:00am to 1:00pm to create a humanitarian corridor for the trucks. This happened at the opening of Kerem Shalom and Karni crossings.
Israel has figured that 900 Palestinians have died so far, of which 400 definitely were Hamas terrorists. Many of the others were Hamas operatives. Hamas is not wearing their uniforms, so it is hard to tell who is who.
