Internet Threatened by Iranian Clerics

 Nadene Goldfoot

Iran has threatened to shut down internet.

Why?  They may feel they have to shoot at the protesters and they don't want that to be seen on internet.

There was a good reason why Trump was so immersed in taking over Venezuela.  They were best buddies with Iran!!! Iran had weapons and Venezuela had oil, things each country needed for their evil doings. Iran intimates that Mossad of Israel is helping the Iranians rebel, and Iran still could have nuclear warheads in hidden international ballistic missiles that could strike Israel, but Iran should be shaking in their boots as things stand.

The USA stands locked and loaded if protesters are fired upon by their Revolutionary Guards.

Iran and Venezuela are 7,000 miles away from each other, but Iran has made such connections for the past 25 years, evidently.  The distance from Iran to the U.S. varies by location, but generally, it's around 6,300 to 7,000+ miles (10,000+ km) as the crow flies, such as from Washington D.C. to Tehran being about 6,338 miles, while flying from Miami to Tehran is further, around 7,140 miles, reflecting the vast geographical separation across land and sea.

Update 10:22am 1/6/26/Iran has restricted internet access amid the current nationwide protests, with data traffic dropping by 35% according to data logged by US-based IT company Cloudflare, and cited by Irainian daily Etemad.

Reports on social media spoke of "intense" disruptions and fears that international internet access may soon be completely shut down.

For a week now, Iran has been shaken by political unrest. Initially, people in the capital Tehran protested against the government's economic policies, but these quickly developed into nationwide unrest.
